Are all the products from Korea?
At Yaksok Cosmetics, you can be sure that the product you are buying comes directly from Korea. We travel there regularly and maintain strong relationships with each brand. Every product you purchase has been carefully selected by our team of experts. This is how we make a difference! Additionally, all our products are fresh and ready to provide you with a lasting experience thanks to their long shelf life. We ensure that you receive the best and in the best conditions.
Could the ingredients be harmful to my skin?
Korean products use natural ingredients that tend to be softer and more skin-friendly. Still, we recommend doing a quick test on your hand before applying the product to your face. Are the products tested on animals?
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once you place your order, we will need up to 48 hours to process and carefully pack it. Normally, our packages usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Additionally, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can stay updated on your delivery via your email.
The product I want is out of stock, what should I do?
We understand that our products can be in high demand and sell out quickly. Generally, when an item is out of stock, we work to restock it within approximately 3 weeks. We continue to receive new products on our website consistently. We love receiving suggestions from our customers. Do you offer free samples with shipments?
I received a defective or incorrect product, what should I do?
If you have received an incorrect or defective product, please accept our sincere apologies. At Yaksok Cosmetics, we strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition; we understand that sometimes setbacks can occur during shipping. Don't worry, we will resolve it: you can return it and we will cover the shipping costs. Your satisfaction is Yaksok's priority.
Do I need to worry about customs fees or charges on my orders?
Can I change or cancel my order once I have placed it?
After placing your order, you have a short period of time to make changes or cancellations. Please contact us on
the same day so we can assist you.
Which areas do you ship to?
Currently, Yaksok Cosmetics ships within Spain to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands, as well as to other countries in Europe.
At the moment, we do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, or the Canary Islands, due to logistical and administrative limitations related to the customs management of cosmetic products.
We are working to expand our shipping areas in the future. If this information changes, we will communicate it through our website and official channels.
Why don't you ship to Ceuta, Melilla, or the Canary Islands?
Can I place an order if I live in Ceuta, Melilla, or the Canary Islands?
At this moment, it is not possible to place orders with shipping addresses in Ceuta, Melilla, or the Canary Islands.
If an order is processed by mistake due to a technical issue, it will be canceled and fully refunded.
