Returns
At Yaksok Cosmetics, we want to make sure you're happy with your purchases, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as expected. Don't worry! We're here to help if you need to return or exchange a product.
How do I do it? It's simple. Just email us at hi@yaksokcosmetics.com with your order number and the reason for your return to begin the process.
If you receive a product with a defect or simply decide to exchange it, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product . It's important to note that we can only accept returns of your items if you notify us within this timeframe.
To obtain a refund, we require the product to be unused and in the same condition as you received it, along with its original packaging. Additionally, if your order included any gifts, samples, or free products, you must also return them in their original condition, along with any other unused or unopened products.
What happens next? Once we receive and verify your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll then let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, we'll process your refund, and the amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

It's important to note that sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. If the item was purchased as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
