Are all products from Korea?

Could the ingredients be harmful to my skin?
Korean products use natural ingredients that tend to be gentler and kinder to the skin. However, we recommend doing a quick patch test on your hand before applying the product to your face. Are the products tested on animals?
In South Korea, there is a law prohibiting animal testing, which means no products manufactured in Korea undergo this type of testing. You can rest assured that our products are cruelty-free.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once you place your order, we'll require up to 48 hours to process and carefully package it. Typically, our packages arrive within 3 to 5 business days. We'll also provide you with a tracking number so you can stay up-to-date with your delivery via email.
The product I want is out of stock, what should I do?
We understand that our products can be in high demand and sell out quickly. Typically, when an item is out of stock, we work to restock it within approximately three weeks. We continue to receive new products on our website on a regular basis. We love receiving suggestions from our customers. I received a defective or incorrect product. What do I do?
If you have received an incorrect or defective product, please accept our sincere apologies. At Yaksok Cosmetics, we make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. We understand that sometimes problems occur during shipping. Don't worry, we'll fix it: you can return it and we'll cover the shipping costs. Your satisfaction is Yaksok's priority.
